Product Features:
PU100 is a black, solvent-containing, thin liquid primer based on polyurethane. It has excellent coverage and UV stability. It acts as a bonding bridge for the adhesive substrate and polyurethane adhesive. This product does not contain chlorinated hydrocarbons and aromatic solvents.
Application Range:
PU100 is used as a bonding promoter to enhance the adhesion of single-component or dual-component polyurethane-based direct glass adhesives/sealants such as FD-3000, TY-1000A, TY-1000, etc., to glass and ceramic coated glass, polyurethane paint, and acrylic paint surfaces.

Application:
1. Cleaning:
Clean the surface with PUHH.
2. Preparation:
Due to long-term storage, the primer may separate in the bottle, so it should be thoroughly shaken before use. The steel balls inside the bottle will help mix it evenly. The shaken aluminum bottle can be placed on an agitator, and a tilted stand is suitable for it.
3. Application:
PU100 can be applied thinly and evenly on the bonded surface using lint-free cotton or a brush. Uneven application will extend the drying time, and if the drying time is insufficient, solvents will remain in it. Avoid reapplying PU100 in the same area, as the uncured primer will soften, affecting adhesion and appearance.
Important:
PU100 is an active, solvent-containing product; do not use it directly from the 1000ml bottle. After shaking, it should be immediately transferred into several smaller capped containers for use.
Based on our experience, we make the following safety usage recommendations:
- If the container with the primer has been open for more than two hours, the primer should no longer be used.
- If a package has been opened more than ten times, the primer should not be continued to be used.
- If it becomes thick, it indicates that the primer has expired and should not be used.
- Do not allow uncured primer to come into contact with alcohol solvents.
