Usage

TY-1000 is mainly used for the replacement and repair of automotive windshields, major overhauls, and small batch production.

TY-1000A is mainly used for bonding automotive windshields and side windows, sealing joints of refrigerated rooms and glass curtain walls; joint shaking of bus side windows.

Product Features

Curing Mechanism

TY-1000 cures by reacting with moisture in the atmosphere. At low temperatures, the moisture content in the air is usually lower, and the curing reaction proceeds slightly slower (see chart).

Packaging and Storage

★ Aluminum drum packaging: 310m/unit; 12 units/box

★ Soft packaging: 310ml, 400ml, 25 units/box; 600m/unit, 20 units/box

★ Large drum packaging: 5 gallons; 55 gallons;

★ Recommended storage temperature: 5C to 25C, humidity: <50%RH;

★ Shelf life: 9 months under original packaging and above conditions.

Aluminum drum packaging, soft packaging 6 months, large drum packaging 9 months.
