Usage

CS 2000 is used for sealing stains in cold storage rooms, machinery, airport runways, highways, and construction.

CS 2000A is used for bonding metal sheets to car frames and sealing joints, as well as sealing automotive air conditioning and bonding and sealing glass curtain walls.

Product Features

★ Single component, moisture curing, no dripping during vertical application;

★ Elastic, good initial adhesion, moderate strength;

★ Good gap-filling ability;

★ Short stringing when stopping application;

★ Non-corrosive to substrates, no permeation contamination;

★ Good aging resistance.

Curing Mechanism

The CS-2000 series cures by reacting with moisture in the atmosphere. At low temperatures, the moisture content in the air is usually lower, and the curing reaction proceeds slightly slower (see diagram).

Packaging and Storage

★ Aluminum barrel packaging: 310m/unit; 12 units/box

★ Soft packaging: 310ml, 400ml, 25 units/box; 600m/unit, 20 units/box

★ Large barrel packaging: 5 gallons; 55 gallons;

★ Recommended storage temperature: 5C to 25C, humidity: <50%RH;

★ Shelf life: 9 months under original packaging and the above conditions.

Aluminum barrel packaging, soft packaging 6 months, large barrel packaging 9 months.
