Features
SPU 138 is a one-component moisture-curing sealant based on silane modified polymer. It has good aging resistance like silicone and high strength like polyurethane, thus providing high adhesion strength and good aging resistance. It cures to form flexibility under atmospheric humidity. The skinning time and curing time also depend on humidity and temperature, and the curing time also depends on the joint depth. By increasing temperature and humidity, these times can be reduced (low temperature and low humidity will delay the process).
Product Features:
● Low odor, solvent-free, isocyanate-free, organic silicon-free, and PVC-free; also beneficial for human health and environmental protection.
● No primer required, good adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics, plastics, etc.
● Good UV resistance and aging performance; can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications.
● Compatible with suitable paint systems. Generally applicable to sealant surfaces and paint surfaces.

Usage
● For adhesion to metals, based on paint materials.
● Sealing for vehicle bodies, cold storage rooms, containers, ships, etc. (welding, curtain seams, floor waterproof sealing, etc.).
● Sealing for metal enclosures, air conditioning, plastic products, panels, etc.
● Elastic shock-absorbing bonding of metals and plastic products (support plates, ceiling panels, etc.).
● In the shipbuilding industry, elastic bonding of pressure plates and metal decks.
Main applications: vehicle bodies, compartments, containers, metal indicators, machinery, electronics, PVC, air containers, ventilation equipment, ships, etc.

Precautions
Special materials should be fully tested in advance before using our products to ensure that the product meets construction processes.
It is best to use it up within one day after opening. If you want to continue using it, it must be kept very well.
When adhering heavy objects, they must be supported and fixed with matching tools during curing.
Recommended temperature: 5C-- 40C, RH35-75%
Avoid contact with skin or eyes; in case of accidental contact, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
