Material : silane modified polymer

Characteristics

SPU 138 is a type of single component moisture-hardening sealant based on silane modified polymer. It is good ageing as the same as silicone and high strength as the same as polyurethane, so it has high adhesion strength and good ageing. it cures under the effect of atmospheric humidity to form a flexible. The skin time and curing time also depends on the humidity and temperature, and the curing time also depends on the joint depth. By increasing the temperature and moisture these times can be reduced (low temperature as well as low moisture retard the process).

Product feature:

●low odor，it is free of solvents, isocyanates, silicones and PVC; also good for the people body and environmental protection.

●Without the primer, it demonstrates good adhesion to metal、glass、 ceramics、 plastic and so on.

●Good UV resistance and goods ageing resistance ; also can used for interior and exterior applications.

●it compatible with suitable paint systems. in general it can used for sealant surface and paint surface.

●No moldiness

Usage

●Used for the adhesion of the metal and based on the paint material.

●Used for the sealing of the automobile body、refrigeration compartment、container、 boats and so on.(welding、curtain jointing、floor w aterproof sealing and so on ).

●Used for the sealing of the metal box、air-conditioner、 plastic product、board and so on

●Elastic and shake-proof adhesion metal and plastic product(bracing sheet、crest slab and so on ).

●Among the boat industry，elastic bonding pressing sheet and metal deck.

The main usage: automobile body、the compartment、container、 metal instruct、machinery、electron、pVC、air-container、 ventilation equipment、boat and so on.

Cautions

special material prior to the application of our product, sufficient experiment shall be conduct in advance to ensure the product to conform to be the construction process.

After opening ,had better use out one day. if you want to go on using, must keep very well.

When adhesion to heavy product, must use the accessory appliances to support and fix it during the the solid.

Recommend temperature:5C-- 40C，RH35-75%

No contact with the skin or the eyes,if inadvertent contact happens, rinse with a large quantity of the clean water and see the doctor.
